Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bloom. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Bloom is provided by Estopia Engineering Ltd. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Usage

Use of the App

Bloom is a self-care and journaling application. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored locally upon it.

Subscription

Bloom Pro Subscription

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription known as "Bloom Pro".

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings.
  • Refunds are handled exclusively by the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their policies.
Data Sovereignty

User Content

Any data, journal entries, or information you enter into Bloom ("User Content") is stored locally on your device or synced with your private iCloud account. Estopia Engineering Ltd. does not have access to your private User Content. You retain all rights and ownership of your content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estopia Engineering Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
